# coto_rss



# Description
coto_rss is a PHP project capable of correcting faulty RSS feeds rampaging around the web (can also be used as a simple RSS feed proxy)

# Requirements
* PHP 5+
* `openssl` extension enabled in PHP config (`php.ini`)
* `allow_url_fopen=1` in `php.ini`

# Roadmap
* be able to encode unencoded special characters without double encoding those already encoded (some RSS mix the two, for example title with "&" alone and content with "&amp")
