Since the 1.13.3 patch, some item counts show 0 for spells now. Example, mage portals, teleports, amount of health stones for locks you could make depending on how many soul shards you had, and so on, items in inventory like food, water, potions all seem to be working fine.

After looking at Bartender4, which uses a lot of buttons, I think this library(https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/libclassicspellactioncount) is improving the problem. Button Forge appears to have this API applied to 1608 lines in the Button.lua file. I think it's possible to fix this.
